I have eaten at the Ruby Rose Cafe many times tried several items they serve great fried cat fish and burgers chicken fried chicken and the salad bar has many choices. My parents lived in blue jacket my mother passed she was a long time resident I do not know the owners but they were very sweet to our family and sent over yummy food we greatly appreciate their kindness.

I was riding my bike from Miami to claremore and went thru Bluejacket. Stopped to have a bite, cool down and charge my phone and the staff there were great and let me charge my phone well after I was finished eating.

All their food is great but in my opinion the chicken fried steak and the chicken fingers are the best. You just cannot beat it. The salad bar is wonderful as well. Do yourself a favor and go check them out you won't be disappointed.

You have to eat here at least once! Their fish fry Fridays are DELICIOUS! ALSO the jalapeño hush puppies make my mouth water. It's in a small town, but everyone treats you with respect.
